1. Marketplace Role

P4H Namibia is a listing marketplace only. We are not a party to any hire or sale agreement between equipment owners and hirers.

2. Listing Accuracy

Equipment owners are responsible for ensuring all listing information is accurate and not misleading.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments

Subscription fees are charged monthly. No refunds are issued for partial months.
